Try shooting, stalking or fishing with Jamie - even if you're a complete beginner he'll show you the ropes. Off the estate, there is riding on the beach at Nairn or hacking over the moors. While others are out golfing or off-roading, what about a spot of cashmere shopping at the famous Johnston's of Elgin factory. Children will enjoy dophin watching in the Moray Firth or visiting the many atmospheric castles in the area.
