Geddes House have been organising and entertaining shooting parties on the Geddes estate for
over 20 years - and many return every year. We use our 40 years' experience
and contacts to organise memorable Highland shoots for your party, whether it's
early morning geese and mallard in the marshland and rushes, pheasant, grouse
on the moors, or stalking roe deer through heather.
All equipment
is at the disposal of house guests, from guns to gumboots, landrovers to Labradors.
By lunchtime you'll return to Geddes house for a stiff drink by the roaring log
fire, then into the dining hall where an ample Highland lunch will be waiting
for you. Outside on the front lawn the ducks and pheasant lie ranged in pairs
by our shooting staff. It's an arresting sight - almost as startling as that of
Jamie in his famous tweed breeches.
The snooker room at
Geddes is lined with fascinating trophies from past family exploits in East Africa.
Jamie will tell tall tales as the whisky flows freely. |
